HOUSE RULES

– Check-in: After 4:00 PM
– Check-out: Before 10 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a $250 fee. If the delay affects the next guest’s reservation, the full nightly rate may be charged.
– No smoking. A $250 fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the property.
– Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ taxes & fees). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Linda immediately
– No events, parties, or large gatherings
– Must be at least 25 years old to book
– Additional fees and taxes may apply
– Photo ID may be required upon check-in and must match the name on the credit card.
– Please report any damages that occur to Linda

Guests will find more specific and detailed instructions in the Welcome Book placed on the coffee table in the living room.
