HOUSE RULES
– Check-in: After 4:00 PM
– Check-out: Before 10 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional fees.
– No smoking. A $250 smoking fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the unit.
– Pet friendly w/ $50 per pet per month. Please notify Linda before bringing any pets.
– No events, parties, or large gatherings
– Must be at least 25 years old to book
– Additional fees and taxes may apply
– Photo ID may be required upon check-in and must match the name on the credit card.
– Please report any damages that occur to Linda. Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the property at move-out.
