PARKING
– Street parking is available in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles.
– Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the grass.
– City Parking Rule: No parking on the same side of the street as the house on Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, April 1 through October 31.

TRASH PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
– Trash is collected on Wednesday mornings.
– If your stay includes Tuesday night, we’d appreciate it if you could place the bins at the curb Tuesday evening.
– The trash bins are located behind the house.

HOUSE RULES
– Check-in: After 4:00 PM.
– Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a $250 fee. Additional charges may apply if the delay impacts the next reservation or our cleaning schedule.
– No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee may apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.
– No pets allowed. Guests who intentionally bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be considered in violation of our House Rules. We reserve the right to contact Airbnb Support, request that the reservation be terminated, require the guest to leave the property, and no refund may be issued as a result of the violation.
– No events, parties, or large gatherings.
– The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
– No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
– Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
– For security purposes, identity verification may be required prior to check-in, including a valid government-issued photo ID.
– Please treat our home with care and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues.
– Please leave the home in reasonably clean condition. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply.

– This single-story home requires 3 steps to enter
– Your safety matters. This property features two exterior floodlight cameras: one by the front door and one above the back door, facing the backyard. Both cameras are outward facing and do not monitor any interior spaces. They record video and audio only when motion is detected.
