Awesome house and close to everything we needed! Everything was nice and clean and very pet friendly backyard. Linda had great communication. It is very close to neighbors but felt private enough. All amenities we needed were also there to cook so it was perfect.

Linda was a great host. Home was very clean with a fantastic back yard for our pup. Short drive to louisville, over the bridge. Great location for biking along the Ohio river. Would definitely stay again!

I definitely recommend this place. Linda is very responsive. This unit located in the middle up peaceful neighborhood. We rented middle of July, but when we enter the unit it was another cool, chill, and crisp world. You will love this unit.

Pretty good location! About a 10 minute drive to Louisville! The house and backyard were very nice. The checkout instructions were a tad bit extensive tho. Not sure why we also paid for a cleaning fee when we did most of the clean up. New Albany has a wonderful downtown area and we really enjoyed exploring there. The host, Linda, very nice and did a great job at communicating. The neighbor, while nothing special to look at was very quiet. Overall a good stay.

We were in town to arrange and attend our father’s funeral. The home was centrally located to all the places we needed to be. We found the home to be calming and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved that it was pet friendly.

Cute and comfortable little house in a great location, quick and easy access to Louisville. We had a minor maintenance issue and the host was amazing!! Quick to respond, respectful and friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. I stay at airbnbs a lot, and this was an exceptional stay. The house is simple, but the amenities were so spot on and made life so easy the week we were there. Linda was responsive and extremely nice. I highly recommend!

LOCATION: perfect, everything and anything is w/in 10 min…great yard for the dogs to chill, plenty dog parks, place clean as a whistle, all your need, HOMERUN 💯

our family including our pup enjoyed our stay at Linda’s Place, great backyard for the dog and kid, close parks and grocery stores for our convenience. the bathroom and the beds were amazing, great linens and water pressure which to us are in important. Only thing I noticed that I would say is the pictures of inside the kitchen drawers of what cooking utensils were available were slightly inaccurate, a few needed things were missing but we made due and had a blast during our stay and the second would be having maybe a throw blanket available or some small blankets, we had to curl up on the couch with the big bed comforter but other than that If my husband as another work trip in the area our family would definitely book this cute little house again.
